Ahh, la vie.

Let me share with you my everyday pre-gym snack: an healthy mini pancake full of protein, with very few ingredients and made in less than 5 minutes. It isn't the prettiest pancake ever, but is the easiest to make: you only need eggs, oats, sweetener (sugar, stevia, honey... your choice), a blender and a frying pan.  Quality source of fiber, protein and carbs that gives you energy and satisfies your sweet tooth. Add banana or apple, sprinkle with lots of cinnamon, a dash of agave syrup or honey and enjoy! Guilt-free.  The quantities below make two pancakes.  Apresento-vos o meu lanche diário pré-ginásio: uma mini panqueca proteica que se confecciona em menos de 5 minutos. This faux fur beauty was a find in Primark at a ridiculous low price, only 30 euros! And with good quality.  But while the coat is good for night or seaside walks, isn't quite good for interiors: the temperature at restaurants and bars is way higher. So, coat off, new good-looking top on! This top was courtesy of Wishe , a new portuguese clothing shop, with exceptional clothing items. This navy top is quite impressive: it's fluid and elegant, while being modern and young. O prazer que é poder usar casacos quentinhos, peludos, que parece que nos abraçam! Esta beleza de pêlo falso foi um achado na Primark, a um preço ridículo para um casaco deste tipo: 30 euros! E de boa qualidade (andava lá um do género que metia dó, ao ritmo que largava pêlo ao fim de um mês ficava pelado). Mas e...

Dress & Sandals - Primark | Watch - Casio Thanks to these warm fall days, I could visit a beautiful place in my country, a park with a wonderful waterfall and a romantic atmosphere free of tourists. As a bonus, the entire space was covered in brown leaves. For the picnic, it wasn't necessary bring much: only a fresh dress, sandals and a basket with food. Graças a estes dias de Outono que mais parecem dias de Verão, pude visitar um sítio lindo em Sever do Vouga, o parque da Cabreia, com uma cascata envolta numa densa vegetação, numa atmosfera romântica e livre de turistas. Como bónus, todo o espaço estava coberto de folhas castanhas, com folhas a caírem aqui e acolá. Para o piquenique, não foi preciso levar muita tralha atrás: apenas um vestido prático, sandálias e um cesto com comida.

Desliza suavemente pela pele, deixando como rasto uma generosa porção de produto para ser esfregada. Resultado: uma pele cheirosa (odor a morango, claro!), aveludada e hidratada, os músculos livres de tensões e a alma limpa de stresses!...

Dress - c/o 6KS | Jacket - c/o Chicnova | Boots - Pull & Bear Dressing up is no easy task with this strange weather: it's hot outside, but it rains. So no sandals, it's time to wear my brand new fall boots! It's hot, so a summer dress is required - with a waterproof jacket.  It was already getting cold when I took these pictures and I didn't dismissed the jacket, but you can see the full dress in this link . It has thin strips which I find very feminine - this along with the lace and a lightweight fabric makes a pretty sexy dress. Com um tempo bipolar, a decisão na hora de vestir dificulta-se: está calor, mas chove. Eliminam-se então as sandálias da equação, enfiam-se as botas novas. E por cima do vestido fresco, veste-se um casaco impermeável.  As fotos foram tiradas no final da tarde, já estava fresquinho por isso ficou a parte de cima do vestido por mostrar, mas podem ver aqui o vestido na totalidade. Tem umas tirinhas finas no decote que eu ach...

Here's a healthy and nutritious snack for those who like to snack in the afternoon. It's easy to do and very quick. Besides that, it's the perfect snack to be shared: put on a table rusks, carrot sticks and a bowl of hummus and people will gather around it. The exotic name can cause suspicion, and if you tell them it's healthy they will doubt it's a tasty snack (that myth that healthy cookings may not be as good!) - But once tasted, is approved. Ora aqui está um snack saudável e nutritivo, para quem gosta de petiscar a meio da tarde. É fácil de fazer, muito rápido e não suja grande coisa. Além disso, é o snack perfeito para ser partilhado: é colocar um prato de tostas e uma tigela de hummus e as pessoas aglomeram-se à volta da mesa. O nome estranho pode suscitar suspeita, e se disserem que é saudável ainda ficam mais de pé atrás (aquele mito de que as coisas saudáveis não podem ser tão boas!) - mas depois de provado, é aprovado.
