Dare to say it's already Christmas on my bathroom lately, thanks to Lush and it's amazing Christmas themed beauty products. I'm talking about Father Christmas bath bomb, Drummers Drumming  bath foam and Reindeer Rock soap! From my grandfather I inherit this desire to travel, to wander, to explore. He, who traveled all over my beautiful country and took the best of life with great humor, died recently. I don't share many details about my personal life on the blog, specially not so happy stories, but looking at these pictures, taken the day before, it seemed inevitable. Were taken in Mata of Bussaco here in Portugal, a place with immense beauty: an amazing old luxury hotel, lovely gardens, trails into the woods (in Autumn we can walk there eating the fallen chestnuts on the ground) and lakes in hidden corners. This place was explored by grandpa too once upon a time, he who knew that one of life's greatest pleasures is enjoying the beauty of nature. In one of those days, my choice was a t-shirt, a basic black skirt and my prettiest sneakers, the Adidas grey polka-dots model, from Hoodboyz. They're super comfy and cute, always receive lots of compliments when wearing it. I mean, polka-dots sneakers? Perfection exists. I'm not fond of t-shirts (my friends probably never saw me wearing one), but don't I deny the comfort they provide. Bought this one just for worshiping the Coca-Cola branding (although I stopped drinking it a long time ago) and it's possibly the only shirt in my wardrobe right now. Let me share with you my everyday pre-gym snack: an healthy mini pancake full of protein, with very few ingredients and made in less than 5 minutes. It isn't the prettiest pancake ever, but is the easiest to make: you only need eggs, oats, sweetener (sugar, stevia, honey... your choice), a blender and a frying pan.  Quality source of fiber, protein and carbs that gives you energy and satisfies your sweet tooth. Add banana or apple, sprinkle with lots of cinnamon, a dash of agave syrup or honey and enjoy! Guilt-free.  The quantities below make two pancakes.  Apresento-vos o meu lanche diário pré-ginásio: uma mini panqueca proteica que se confecciona em menos de 5 minutos. This faux fur beauty was a find in Primark at a ridiculous low price, only 30 euros! And with good quality.  But while the coat is good for night or seaside walks, isn't quite good for interiors: the temperature at restaurants and bars is way higher. So, coat off, new good-looking top on! This top was courtesy of Wishe , a new portuguese clothing shop, with exceptional clothing items. This navy top is quite impressive: it's fluid and elegant, while being modern and young. O prazer que é poder usar casacos quentinhos, peludos, que parece que nos abraçam!
