I blame the cold weather, 80% of my winter clothes are either brown, grey or black. Spring, bring me some warm weather so I can wear more colorful jackets, please.  So everybody knows I love polka-dots and everybody knows I love stripes. This wasn't a bad Winter - not too long, not too dark - but melancholy starts to kick in after a couple of grey cold months, so I was looking forward to the arrive of sunny and warmer days.  Spring is synonym of loose blouses, thin sweaters, skirts and shorts paired with boots, and the return of ballerinas and oxford shoes. Still want to wear clothes with dark and warm shades, but matched with more bright and cheerful colors.  These good-looking clothing items are all from Choies , a great fast-fashion online shop with lots of pretty clothes at nice prices. Walked a lot, saw lovely houses and streets, had dinner in an adorable vegetarian restaurant, stayed at an hotel with a very good breakfast (gotta love hotel breakfasts) and didn't stop for a minute.  My almost monochromatic outfit (with the exception of the electric blue sweater) contrasted with my good mood, but it was a pretty comfortable set for walking around without feeling the cold weather. This is a basic outfit for a cold work day: basic jeans, a warm blouse, a knit sweater and boyish shoes. Last Christmas, received from Boots Laboratories a discovery kit with three products from the Serum7 Lift collection - a range of beauty products for more mature skins. Don't have wrinkles yet, but I liked the products anyway. The kit came with a Firming Day Cream, a Deep Wrinkle Repair Serum and a Skin Reviving Cleansing Lotion, all in travel size (they are perfect to pack for a weekend-off!). Like all Boots Laboratories products I tried so far, these are quite good: the Day Cream and the Repair Serum aren't oily and work well on a dry skin and the Cleansing Lotion perfectly removes light makeup, but it isn't indicated for heavier makeups, with glitter eyeshadows or waterproof mascaras. As for the repair of deep wrinkles, I cannot verify it obviously.
