Fashion // Spikes everywhere!

They're everywhere: in clothes, shoes, bags, bracelets and necklaces... 
They're the perfect object to those who like to DIY. And they can certainly give you a fierce look. 
The doubt is: Will this trend going to last or will be used so much that will be set aside? What do you think?
By the way, I leave here a suggestion: those leggings above are easily recreated at home, who want to give it a try?

Eles andam aí: na roupa, no cabelo, nos sapatos, nas malas, nas pulseiras e colares...  
Fazem as maravilhas de quem gosta de experimentar DIYs. E dão sem dúvida um ar muito fierce. A dúvida é se esta tendência é para perdurar ou se vai ser abusada até à exaustão e depois abandonada. O que vocês acham?
Já agora, fica a sugestão: aquelas leggings na foto são facilmente recriadas em casa, quem quiser tentar, depois  que mostre o resultado!

    I love spikes. They've been around for years as it is, but I think they've just exploded this season.

    My mum had a funny comment on a shirt I posted with a spiked collar "it looks like you're going to poke someone's eye out with that!".

    Não aprecio em exagero.

    I love spikes but I think studs are a more toned down version of this trend and will probably stick around longer than spikes. :)

These beauties are from Lovely Shoes and were a really nice surprise - they make me super tall, but they're incredibly comfortable. Black Velvet Dress

Dress - c/o Sosolo | Shoes - Pull & Bear | Bag - c/o Pinkoholic | Gloves & Beanie - Primark  I've a crush for velvet clothes and in my closet I've two velvet dresses already: one from Stradivarius to wear at night (it's very tight and sexy) and this one from Sosolo , to wear by day. Although I think would prefer it with long sleeves, this way I can wear it anytime of the year. Yes I know that velvet is more appropriated for cold seasons but I see myself wearing it during Spring and Summer too.  About it's brand, it came from a store I didn't know till a month ago but now I love. Got three pieces from Sosolo : a vintage sweater ( shown here ), this pretty dress and a set of rings I'll show you later.
