Dress - c/o Dresslily | Sandals - Seaside | Watch - Casio | Hair clip - Framboesa This super super cute dress from Dresslily is my new summer dress, with all those lovely girly things a feminine girl likes: pink color, polka-dots, a bow on the back, girly skirt... The fabric is very soft and fresh (perfect for summertime) and the design is very pretty, especially in the back. Sadly cannot use it now since the rain returned - I'm waiting for the return of the heat to wear it again and again.  The black chunky sandals are my new found love: The chunky heels are super comfy and give me a few extra inches (I'm a short girl so that's a great thing). (dat gym selfie... @ddanielamonteiro on instagram) Nunca fui particularmente activa e desporto nunca foi a minha praia, mas ao longo dos anos fui sempre fazendo (muito esporadicamente) exercícios em casa. Ora, há alguns meses atrás arranjei um trabalho onde passo muitas, muitas horas inativa fisicamente. Este sedentarismo começou a afectar-me e a necessidade de me tornar mais activa foi crescendo, pelo que decidi inscrever-me num ginásio. Já tinha arriscado umas idas ao ginásio (escrevi um post sobre a minha primeira vez, podem ler aqui !) e vi que, não sendo a minha coisa preferida no mundo, conseguia fazer disso uma rotina. A fase de habituação é longa e exige esforço e paciência: há dias em que sair da cama vai parecer impossível, há dias em que vão ficar doridas e não se vão conseguir nem sentar, há dias em que vão ficar tão zonzas do esforço que os vossos ouvidos vão zumbir. Every year, these first beach days are always the best: you feel the warm sun on your skin after long months of cold weather and the beach is still relatively quiet, free from tourists.  To avoid a sunburn, I brought a cute giant hat with me, since I usually burn my nose every year. Also has the great advantage of allowing me to be on the beach without sunglasses (people with light eyes know what I'm talking about). Also worn for the very first time a beach dress from Sensation of Night , it's a great item: in addition to having a sexy design that brings the best of the female body, it protects from the wind and is a good option for long walks by the sea, for those who do not feel entirely comfortable wearing only a bikini. This Sunday it's my birthday, yay! This is my birthday wishlist for this year, which is actually my future shopping list, 'cause in my family there's no habit of buying gifts. Except for me, I love to buy gifts to my self.  It's a very modest list:  - A perfume since my Chance by Chanel finished so I need a new one and Diesel Loverdose has a lovely fragrance;  - Some comfortable sandals I need for this summer (Bershka has some good-looking shoes this season!); - This pink faux leather jacket from Primark just because. It's a super lovely jacket, but I'm guessing I'll never find it in store so I must forget it.  Moreover, only ask for a sunny day on Sunday. Dia 11 deste mês já conto com mais um ano de existência. Neon Love is another great vegan soap from Lush. It has a lovely appearance, all pink with cute white hearts inside (this soap is from Valentines collection, obviously!). It's a mix of fresh figs, passion fruit juice and soy yogurt that nourishes the skin. It has a nice fragrance, very subtle - perfect for those who dislike products with a strong fragrance.  Lush soaps doesn't last long here at home because all my family likes them. My mother uses it, my father uses it, my brother too.
