Outfit // Matching dots with stripes

Image
Coat - Choies | Skirt - H&M | Shirt, Belt & Tights - Primark |  Shoes - Calçado Guimarães

Oops I did it again! Another dark outfit with only a colorful item, the shirt. I'm detecting a pattern here. I blame the cold weather, 80% of my winter clothes are either brown, grey or black. Spring, bring me some warm weather so I can wear more colorful jackets, please.  So everybody knows I love polka-dots and everybody knows I love stripes. This time I wore both at the same time and guess what, liked the way it looked! Did you?
In a different subject, my blog had an extreme makeover (not finished yet, I'm lazy). Did you liked the change?

Fashion // Spring is finally here

All items from here.

Time to say hello to Spring! This wasn't a bad Winter - not too long, not too dark - but melancholy starts to kick in after a couple of grey cold months, so I was looking forward to the arrive of sunny and warmer days.  Spring is synonym of loose blouses, thin sweaters, skirts and shorts paired with boots, and the return of ballerinas and oxford shoes. Still want to wear clothes with dark and warm shades, but matched with more bright and cheerful colors.  These good-looking clothing items are all from Choies, a great fast-fashion online shop with lots of pretty clothes at nice prices.

Outfit // Not 50 Shades of Grey but almost

Jacket - Sheinside | Skirt & Bag - H&M | Shirt & Tights - Primark | Shoes - Calçado Guimarães
A few weeks ago, for Valentine's Day,  I visited a lovely city here in Portugal, called Guimarães. Walked a lot, saw lovely houses and streets, had dinner in an adorable vegetarian restaurant, stayed at an hotel with a very good breakfast (gotta love hotel breakfasts) and didn't stop for a minute.  My almost monochromatic outfit (with the exception of the electric blue sweater) contrasted with my good mood, but it was a pretty comfortable set for walking around without feeling the cold weather. Only regretted choosing those shoes, not suited for long walks, trust me.

Healthy habits // Tea Detox

Image
Nowadays, there are many ways you can detox your body and one of them is drinking tea. Some time ago, I had the opportunity to try the Tiny Tea Teatox, a special herb mix designed to assist with bloating, indigestion, cellulite, excess of weight and lack of energy.
Never did a detox before, but I drink tea everyday so I was looking forward to do this! The goal was to drink this tea 3 times a day, 30 minutes before or after meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), during 14 days.
