These beauties are from Lovely Shoes and were a really nice surprise - they make me super tall, but they're incredibly comfortable. Already worn the sandals seven hours straight standing up and my feet didn't complain nor were sore. Bonus points! They're beautiful, versatile, comfortable and cheap - only good things.  The dress is from Sensation of Night , a new online store I discovered (awesome and sexy lingerie there, I'm telling you!). Diy // top & shorts

What you're seeing here is basically the way I dress every time I go to the beach: shorts and a top. Had this top at home that I didn't use because it's was too large and long, so I decided to make this DIY I found  here . It was a tedious process because I had to cut several thin strips of fabric and I hate cutting fabric. But in the end, liked the result. It shows skin, but not too much. It didn't become as tight as it was supposed to be because the top was too large still, but I prefer it this way, because the strips are not stretched and the overall effect is better. If you want to give it a try, the tutorial is very explicit. Attention: The total number of  strips you cut out,  must be even.
