After all this time, I felt in love with this trend. It's not the more versatile accessory at all, but it has a je ne sais quoi of special, giving a ethereal touch to the person who wears it. I prefer the most discrete ones, with flowers of the same color, as the pictures above. I've seen many DIYs tutorials and I'm tempted to give it a try, but I'm so lazy, I think I'll end of doing nothing. Pois é, rendi-me a esta tendência. Saw the movie for the second time this week and loved it, just like the first time. Needless to say the wardrobe is excellent, wasn't it about one of the best designers the world has known. The film doesn't focus much on the rise of Coco Chanel in the fashion world, but in the early days, when she worked as a seamstress/cabaret singer. Don't really know how far the film is truly faithful to the biography of Coco, but the important thing here isn't the story itself but the characters, as these are what make the movie standout. Audrey Tautou was able to distance herself completely from Amelie and played a brilliant Coco, full of personality. Besides all this, she sings / dances some super funny cabaret songs that I'm always humming around the house ( see here my favorite). Immediatly took her for a little stroll outside. I'm crazy for bags, it's the first thing that get's my eye when shopping. This one will make me happy a happy gal for a while. Another thing I got (bit spoiled this week, must say) was this necklace and bracelet from Pampa Mia , plus some stuff I'll show on another occasion. I really appreciate discrete accessories, details that doesn't scream for attention, but are noticed only after a closer look. These pieces won me by its simplicity. That heart on the necklace with the inscription Made with love is simply lovely. Ignore the ugly cross tattoo, which says "I need to be retouched.". One of several teenage mistakes. This Friday I went to a music festival to see one of my favorite bands: Gogol Bordello. They put up a great show, everyone was jumping and dancing around! Surely one of my favorite concerts.  Billy Idol performed too and gave a nice show too, Sweet Sixteen was an epic moment. It's always cool to hear some good old rock and this sir is indeed very charismatic on stage. He appeared with a spiked leather jacket that would leave many fashionistas jealous. Then a endless variety of clothes between songs, he kept changing. Funny thing when he switched to a t-shirt with his own face printed on it (faception?), Mr. Billy has one of the most gigantic egos I managed to witness. A simple hair clip, half cut pearls, a little bit of glue and voilá. I have a new pearl accessory. This one comes in handy to wear with my dresses. Sometimes I get tired of my blog's header but I'm just too lazy to search for a suitable new font so I end up doing nothing. Thinking that you could suffer from the same laziness, I made a selection of cute fonts for headings and titles. I tried to vary between serif and sans serif, some are more minimalist, others more girlie, so there's something for everyone. I do not own this photo I've been in love with this trend for a long time now. Want some to myself asap, I can imagine using them in every way, with heels, ballerinas, with black tights...  Ando perdida de amores por esta tendência. A primeira foto que eu vi com cuffs douradas nos tornozelos foi amor à primeira vista e olhem que isto já foi há muito tempo e o amor continua. Finally made the donut bun I wanted to do for so long, only now I was able to handle the ring that shapes the hair this way, it took several attempts until I could make a decent bun. In other matters, me and my boyfriend decided to try a new sport: archery. The bow is bigger than me, apparently my 50 kg don't give me much confidence to rise the bow, stretch the string and aim at the same time, but it's quite amusing and 50% of the time I manage hit the target. Dolce & Gabbana 2012 I'm not a big fan of heavy prints, but this dress is a true work of art. It reminds me of Baroque paintings. In fact, the entire collection (see here ) is fantastic! Romantic, with lots of black and gold and classy prints, very Baroque style. Eu nem sou muito de estampados demasiado carregados, mas este vestido é uma verdadeira obra de arte. Transporta-me imediatamente para as pinturas da época barroca. Aliás, toda a colecção (podem ver aqui ) está fantástica! Romântica, com muito preto e dourado e exageradamente ornamentada, bem ao estilo Barroco.

What you're seeing here is basically the way I dress every time I go to the beach: shorts and a top. Had this top at home that I didn't use because it's was too large and long, so I decided to make this DIY I found  here . It was a tedious process because I had to cut several thin strips of fabric and I hate cutting fabric. But in the end, liked the result. It shows skin, but not too much. It didn't become as tight as it was supposed to be because the top was too large still, but I prefer it this way, because the strips are not stretched and the overall effect is better. If you want to give it a try, the tutorial is very explicit. Attention: The total number of  strips you cut out,  must be even. Pizza Cupcakes Ingredients: Pizza dough Tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese Ham Mushrooms Corn Pineapple Tomato Fresh basil Place the dough in each mold. (keep in mind you need to use butter or other fat before placing it, to have no problems unmolding the pizza cupcakes when cooked). After this, put some tomato sauce on each, followed by mozzarella cheese, sliced ham, sliced mushrooms, corn, sliced tomatoes and basil. These ingredients may vary depending on the taste of each. Feel free to add other stuff, like onion or pepperoni.  Then, just put in the oven until the cheese melt (approximately 20, 30 minutes). After taking the pizzas from the oven, let them cool slightly and then unmold. This is a simple recipe and a very cool idea to do at dinner parties with friends. Anyway, posted them just to show you my new denim shirt. Was in my wishlish for ages, and this was the chosen one, the dots were the decisive factor to bring it home. Não estou nada contente com estas fotos, a iluminação está uma porcaria e o meu cabelo está hediondo, todo despenteado com o vento. The days when pearls were only  used  in earrings,  necklaces and bracelets  are long gone. Today they can be applied to practically everything, you just have to be creative. They're a romantic alternative to the studs. I've tried to use them in my hair (and liked it!), now I intend to apply them in a sweater (see the 1st picture) but I'll leave this DIY for the Autumn. Longe vão os tempos em que as pérolas só eram usadas em brincos, colares e pulseiras. Hoje podem ser aplicadas em praticamente tudo, basta ter criatividade. São uma alternativa romântica às tachas.
